Hi,

I got slf file for SEP EE & slf file for SEP SBE on premises, total 100 Lic (SEP EE 50 LIc & SEP SBE 50 LIC)

Just wanted to know can we merge both the license file within one signle management console.

as of now 50 lic of sep sbe is activated and working fine.

50 lic of sep enterpricse edition when try to activated on sep manager its not accepting.

any help in this would be appreciable.

Sorry, it can't be done. EE and SBE licences are completely different. The EE license cannot be added to a SBE-SEPM. Similarly, the SBE license cannot be added to a EE-SEPM.

You will either ned to have 2 seperate SEPM (one for EE and another for SBE). Else, you can upgrade the SBE license to EE by contacting Symantec sales (It might includes extra cost).

They're separate products so you cna't merge their licenses into one.
 

It's not possible to merge Small Business Edition & Enterprise Editions license.  Both the treated as a separate product.

Do you have two separate SEPM's installed?  Second license are you trying to activate through EE console?

You can install on SEPM console ( either Ent or SMB) and then talk to licensing team, get the licenses converted, they will send you the new license for the appropriate SEPM ( Charges may vary,better to call them)

It's not possible to use SBE & EE licenses together into the one console. Decide first which product you want to user & talk with license team accordingly. They shall assist you to provide 100 license .slf file

Small Business Edition can support upto 250 clients only.

Enterprirse Edition can support upton 80,000 clients per SEPM.
