sep service failing

Hi,

      From a week we have been recieving reports that antivirus service is stopped in most of the computers. and the error reported was "The dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion." is there any one who has faced a similar problem please advice.

look like there is some virus issue in your PCs.
Scan with Norton Power Eraser and see...

Repair the SEP client and see if that works

else plaese paste a screen shot of the error

repair doesnt help and the screenshot attached is from reporting tool.

Maybe there is something wrong with WMI? I have seen this error before, not relating to Symantec though.
