  • 1.  SEP Status: Disable means what

Hi want to check what this means. aside from if firewall is not installed. I already check below thread and link but still I can't find it useful. I run computer status and filter out clients with disabled status, check on protections such as  Auto-Protect On, Antivirus engine On, Download Insight On, SONAR On, Tamper Protection On, Intrusion Prevention On, IE Browser Protection On, Firefox Protection On and Network Protection On (all says enable) but how come client status still shows disable.

On the Home page click the "Disabled" link under Endpoint Status. It will open a new window.

From here, you should have the full view with the status of each client that comes up as disabled. You can scroll over to see what component is disabled.

I always thought that this was a little misleading as it gives the indication the SEP was disabled overall. But it is usually just a component or multiple components.
