SEP v12.0.1001.95 Crashes Windows 7 with teefer2.sys BSOD
Created: 21 Jun 2011 | 2 comments
I've seen several discussions saying that this problem is solved with V12.0.1001.95 of SEP, but I still get a BSOD about once per week even though V12.0.1001.95 is what I'm using, with a dump refering to teefer2.sys. I've also tried disabling proactive thread detection, which I read somewhere would fix the issue, but this doesn't seem to have an effect. I'm using a Dell Inspiron 6400/E1505 with a SSD. Is there anything else I can try?
Regards,
John

You should open a case with support. Be prepared to provide a full dump for our engineers to analyze for root cause of the BSOD.
