    Hello,

I am using SEP11 to protect critical 3rd party software registry settings. It can be done by configuring a custom Application Control policy, and manually add registry entries to protect into the policy. But it is really tedious since the list of the registry entries needs to protect is very long. I am aware that wildcard and regular expression are supported but it doesn't help that much in this case. So I am looking for a way to do bulk insert into the policy, e.g. using scripts etc.

Is there a way to achieve that? Also is there a limit to how many registry entries can be specified per policy, per rule?

I appreciate any advices you might have.

    Thanks,
    Hung.

    Hi Hemu,

What I am looking for is a way to add the list of entries into the policy everything at once, instead of manually add every single entries individually. This is especially important given the list might get updated frequently.

    Thanks,
    Hung.

Can someone from Symantec SEP team confirm what Hemu stated above that there's no other way but adding entries individually?

    Thanks,
    Hung.
