May I know what is the tools? Is it the sylinkremote? I see the steps for sylinkremote, why still need to access the Deploy the client (Symantec Endpoint Protection only) & Push Deployment Wizard panel?

since you already have the SEP client installed; you just need to point the clients to the new sepm server which is in HQ;  this can be done by using the sylink remote tool

if client is not installed; then you can push the package from the new HQ

this is the another way of doing it
