I am implementing patch management across the estate using LANDesk Patch Management but the customer wants to use SEP11 SNAC to remediate any devices that havent got the microsoft patches installed, I have created the remediation policy and the added all the KB's for patch remediation but I cant get them to install with out user intervention...There is a %F% I have to put in a command line area to download the patch from the repository but normal commands for run silent or no UI dont seem to have any effect. I am new to the product so its probably something simple but where am I going wrong?
