is it possible to install a created SEP12 32bit client package to 64bit Win7 PC?

You can do this without issue. SEP 32bit will install on both 32/64 bit however 64bit will only install on 64 bit

Let me clear it, it's not possible to install 32 bit client package on 64 bit client OS & vice versa.

Through SEPM can export both the packages as per requirement & deploy it respectively.

It is not possible to install 32 bit client package 64 bit OS. If you try to install 32 bit installation package on 64 bit OS, you will receive an error as "This installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact your product vendor". So you have to use only 64 bit installation package on 64 bit OS. But after installation SEP will work under 32 native mode in 64 bit OS.

You can't be install 32 bit client package on 64 bit client OS.

I have tested in my one of 64 bit OS.

When i am install 32 bit client in my syetm.i have received error.

It is possible. Some software may not allow it but overall it is built into Windows to allow this functionality.
