    Posted Aug 28, 2012 12:00 AM

    Hi all,

Now in My company, I Installed SEP12 on Windows 7 x64 that be joined into domain. But When I tried to deploy (Remote Push) end-point to clients. SEP 12 can't recognize PCs in Domain (in Others Vlan), SEP 12 just see the some PCs in WORKGROUP (same network seperate IP).

Please give me some solutions of this case.

    Very Thanks!

    hi,

Are you able to telnet port no 80,8014 ?

that sounds like a ports/firewall issue.  I suspect that you have the ports required to discover and push the software out, but don't have the ports open for client communications back to the SEPM (normally port 8014)

Can you run through the steps in the below articles?

check the implementation guide to know the port to be opened for the deployment wizard to install

push deployment port that needs to be open

TCP 139 and 445 on management servers and clients

UDP 137 and 138 on management servers and clients

TCP ephemeral ports on management servers and clients

    When testing, I got it

    "

    Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /secars on this serve"

    What is it mean?

All port are opened, but the SEP 12 still can't recognize my domain automatically. I must find computers by IP range in Remote rush.
