  • 1.  SEP12 client does not update

    Hi,

     

    Some of my clients does not update. I have re-installed the clients, cleanwiped, re-installed but it is still not updating. Can anyone please tell me why this happens. Other clients update from the GUP, and some not..

    Can you run the symhelp tool on it to do error checking. It may detect corrupted defs....

    Also, is the full sylink file?

    Hi,

    I'm having the same issue. Did you find a solution to this? Only about 5 of the clients 150 clients that use this GUP are effected.

    I'm on

    SEPM 12.1.6 MP1a

    SEP 12.1.6 MP1a

    GUP is on 12.1.5

    Hi,

    Yeah the same but with a differant content ref number. Extract from my log is below.

    I've reinstalled the client but get the same issue, even re built 1 of the PCs but it got into the same situation. Thanks.
