How to configure email notification in sep12.1 when a new client mapped with sepm server.......

Are you looking for notification to be received to use as soon the new client is registered to SEPM? If yes, I do not think it is possible.

Configure a notification Open and login to the SEPM Click Monitors
Click Notifications
Click Notification Conditions Click Add Select Client List Changed
Enter the notification name(Client List Changed)
Add your email id here.
I get notifications via e-mail when new clients are added to a group:
