  • 1.  SEP.Cloud for multi domain environment

    Hello All,

          Just came accross a situation here is the scenario:

    Need to deploy SEP cloud

    Question area the environment is same forest multi domain with trust between them.

    do i need to have 2 different package of SEP.Cloud or can use one and configure for user on both domains.

     

    Looking for Answers.

    Are you using the on-prem or hosted solution?

    The type of package you use shouldn't matter, it can be the same if you wish. It may be more an of an issue with network communication to talk to the SEPM, whether it's hosted or on-prem, so you would need to add a firewall rule possibly.

    I am going to use Symantec Endpoint Protection Cloud package. What kind of FW rules might be required.

    Since that is the case, here is the article laying it out:

    But you just need to allow access to the URLs mentioned in the article on ports 80 and 443.
