We have a customer with Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition in the hosted edition.
So far everything worked fine.
The customer is managed by our company, but also has a admin login to it's instance.
Unfortunally this login is now blocked, but I don't see any place where I could unsupend the account.
On login https://hostedendpoint.spn.com/ we see this message:
But in the list of the users the account looks just fine....
Any ideas?
