SEP.cloud User account suspended, how to unsuspend?

    We have a customer with Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition in the hosted edition.

    So far everything worked fine.

    The customer is managed by our company, but also has a admin login to it's instance.

    Unfortunally this login is now blocked, but I don't see any place where I could unsupend the account.

    On login https://hostedendpoint.spn.com/ we see this message:

    But in the list of the users the account looks just fine....

    Any ideas?

    You need to call support, it seems like the accounts are not synched.

    Call support to verify what the issue is.
