Seperate Helpdesk page / Seperate Categories

Hey All,
We have Altiris Helpdesk 6.9 and now wish to have a seperate helpdesk system for staff and students. We like to have a seperate page and categories for both staff and students. Is this possible with one installation or do we need to have seperate instances of the helpdesk installed?

To implement a sepreate page is possible but very complex.
But! You can't configure the security in this way that you have different categories for staff and student.
You have to use 2 helpdesk systems.
