    Hello,

    I am in need of assistance. I have service desk up and running currently. I would like to create a new service desk link that would link to a different department so that they will have their own portal and people can put in service ticket directly to them. Can anyone instruct me on this? Please.

    Are u Brazilian?

    I know a mean to do that by creating a new page and configuring the page to the department, and editing the permissions to deny the access to see this page for other departments.
