    Hi,

SEP 12.1 RU1 has released recently. Please upgrade to SEP 12.1 RU1.

There were known issues for SEP 12.1 however those are addressed in SEP 12.1 RU1.

    http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH163700

Check release notes and fix notes for SEP 12.1 RU1

    https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/downloads/sep-121-ru1-release-fix-notes

Use the SNAC install files to upgrade to SEP 12.1 RU1.

SEP 11.x is paper license product but SEP 12.1 is software license product.

After upgrade you will have to enter separate license files one for product activation and other for NAC activation.

I hope it will help you !!!

    Hello,

About upgrading Symantec Endpoint Protection clients with Symantec Network Access Control

Symantec Endpoint Protection clients include Symantec Network Access Control and do not need to be upgraded. After you upgrade Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager for Symantec Network Access Control, you can apply host integrity policies to your existing clients.

About upgrading Symantec Network Access Control clients with Symantec Endpoint Protection

You upgrade Symantec Network Access Control clients by installing Symantec Endpoint Protection on those clients. The installation automatically detects Symantec Network Access Control client, removes it, and then installs Symantec Endpoint Protection client software. You can deploy the client software by using any of the supported client deployment method.

Again, I would also appreciate you looking at this Article:

Network Access Control feature (NAC) is not available after migrating to SEP 12

    Hope that helps!!

    Hi,

Today I done this from 11.0.x to 12.1 RU1 .  But I am facing some issues . In the console it is showing 12.1.100.........and in client also it is showing 12.1.100

After upgradation Network Access Control is not showing in the client machine. I done the following steps also

    https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/articles/network-access-control-feature-nac-not-available-after-migrating-sep-12

1-I created some new groups in SEPM

2-I moved clients with this issue to the new groups(Those clients which Network Access Control was not available on them).

3-I Uncheckd the maintain existing features checkbox and specify the client features i wanted to be installed on them.

But no use ..  Please provide solutions.
