SEPM 11.0.6A

I just attempted to upgrade to 11.0.6A.  I am running and SQL database.  Install went with no erorrs.  When I am trying to login to SEPM i am getting the following error.  Look at attachment.

run upgrade.bat

run upgrade.bat once.from
Program files\symantec\symantec endpoint protection manager\bin\upgrade.bat

Make sure the manager service

Make sure the manager service is running. In "Run" type "net start semsvr"  then try logging into the manager.

I've run into similar when

I've run into similar when the connection to the SQL server goes down, or another admin here reboots the SQL server and doesn't tell us.................

What service do you want me to chek the SEPM?

Fist you check whether your

Fist you check whether your SQL services are running.
SEPM having only one service ---Symantec endpoint protection manager.Of course it depend on may other services.What id the status of this service?
Whether it is started?

In Services you will have to

In Services you will have to check Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Service
1. Start > Run > services.msc
2. Check Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Service, if not started start the service
3. Refresh and check if it stay started, if stops check Event Viewer and check for Application Logs
4. If the Event Viewer shows "Java Virtual Machine has exited with a code of -1" go through the below article
