  • 1.  SEPM 12 - Back Up Server Certificate

    I have a new SEPM server that I just setup. I am trying to backup the certificate by when I do I get the error message "Failed to retrieve certificate files from Symantec Endpoint Protection Management server.' I tried generating a new certificate and then backing up but I received the same message. Any ideas?

    hello,

    try to restart sepm server services.

    you can take back up below location if you have install in default path C: drive

    C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Server Private Key Backup

    Repair the SEPM and retry the extracting the Certificate again
