The training material can be found on the Partnet Site i.e. www.partnernet.symantec.com but to access it, you need to have a Login credentials of Partnernet. Contact your organization for the same. There are 3rd Party Sites available, but i have minimum idea about those.
There are no SEPM 12.1 RU2 training PPT as of now.
However, I am in making of Video on the Topic "What is new in SEP 12.1 RU2. "
As of now, the best suggestion I could provide you is you could refer these Article and create your Presentation which may help you understand the topics and assist you when you are trying to explain.

Baljeet- Documentation is avail only in links and in pdf format, if you are required the ppt then download the documentation and convert/make in ppt.
