Hi mithun my problem is even though I allow human intarface on some client their mouse and keyboard also disabled. When this problem occurs how can I determine which device id is using by this mouse or keyboards? So that I can add them allow device.

Hello,

There are two ways that devices can be identified in SEP 11.x and 12.1:

  1. by Class ID
  2. by Device ID
