Win32 microdefs for AntiVirus and Antispyware failed to update.

Try this also disabled UAC and windows firewall

Please try the following:

To register SEPM with LiveUpdate:

1. Click Start, then Run.
2. Type cmd, then click OK. This will bring up a command prompt.
3. At the command prompt type cd and the path to lucatalog.exe. By default the command would be:

   cd C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\bin
    

4. Enter the following:
   • On SEP 12.1 lucatalog.exe -forcedupdate
   • On SEP 11.x lucatalog.exe -update

Note:  If SEP 12 Small Business Edition is installed, then the default command would be cd C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Protection Center\bin

Problem here, we already tried to use all method in KB but non working including to reinstall SEPM without DB backup.

I think the main error is still this transmission error.

Error: "6004: LiveUpdate did not complete successfully . . . " or "6004: Internal Authentication Failed . . . "

See  same error in backupexec live update error

When attempting to run LiveUpdate from Tools menu within Backup Exec, error message: LU6004: LiveUpdate did not complete successfully occurs.

Could you let us know how is the SEP Liveupdate Configured? Is it taking the updates from SEPM or LUA?

Incase of LUA, what version of LUA are you running? Make sure you are running the LUA 2.3.3 and above.
