After upgrading from SEPM 11x to 12.1 i cannot activate because it says my .sfl file is corrupt. please help

SEP 11.x licensing is basically just a "paper" license product.The Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.x product does not require a License file.

Do you have buy new sep 12.x license ?

You need to conatct symantec licenseing team and get new license file.

Every product has a different license file and every license file works either on computer basis or user basis.

Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 license works per computer machine basis.

However, you could try to contact Symantec Licensing Department for the same.

Once, you have the latest SEP 12.1 License, you could also try inserting the license number and try registering them again..
