Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition

I am logging into the SEPM console from the server in which the SEPM is installed. I am logging on as two different administrators and when I go to the Admin tab, there is no License option for me to click on. I need to notify my manager when my license is going to expire and how many we need and I cannot gain access to the information.

You have full admin rights, not limited admin?

Do you have multiple domains?

There should also be another option for System Administrator which you're missing as well

No, we have a single domain. All of my accounts are linked to active directory except for one local limited admin account. I have tried logging in as most of the accounts and no one has access to a license tab.

Try logging in with the actual built in admin account in the SEPM

username should be "admin" and than whatever the password is for it.

This worked. Now that I am logged on as this admin user, is there any way to give myself the ability to see the license tab?

After you login, go to Admm >> Administrators and high light your account and select Edit the administrator

on the Access Rights tab, is the radio button for Administrator checked? You need to have full access and permissions within a single domain to see the license tab
