    Posted Jan 16, 2014 02:19 AM

    Guys,

Different issue this time...seems the client is having intermittent online and offline to the SEPM.... we recently upgraded to 12.1 then migrate to new server

i suspect all the clients having this issue...(200-300 clients)

I tried telnet to the SEPM port 8014 with no issue... but in troubleshooting tab there are:

"error in respond to heartbeat (4)"

    "http return code=407"

i've already tried reinstall and even cleared the default IE proxy registry....still no go...

    Thanks!

    can you post the sylink.log?

have you checked the proxy settings using proxcfg ( 2003) netsh winhttp show proxy

do they show up the correct proxy settings?

A sylink log to review would be ideal in this situation to see what is going on

What the communication setting running on Server?

Try to restart the SEPM services.

Do you need more assistance with your problem or were you able to get it resolved?

If you could post an update for followers of this thread that would be most helpful.

    Thanks and take care,
    Brian
