When you try to export the computer log you get an http 500 error.
Had this worked previously? Has anything changed?
Have you tried running a repair of the SEPM?
Yes it did work before under ver 11. Have recently upgraded to 12.1 RU5. Has not worked since
Try a repair first.
If that doesn't work, enable debugging and reproduce the issue. Post the scm-server-0.log for review
