Dear all i have installed sepm 12.1.5 ru5 and all client was allready installed in SEPM 11. version now new symantec does not update

Have you verified the correct policies are applied?

Are clients connected and showing in SEPM? Run the symhelp tool on one affected system. You can also enable sylink debugging on an affected client to see the communication between client/server.

The clients are on 12.1.5 or on 11.x?

Enable the Sylink debugging and post it here for review please

SEP 11.x is EOL at 5th Jan 2015. Virus definitions and security updates will cease to be published to LiveUpdate and general support for the product will no longer be provided.

The initial end of support life date was originally scheduled for January 5th, 2014. All customers were provided a complimentary extention. No further extentions will be provided.

SEP 11 clients may receive untested definitions via the 12.1 SEPM for a few additional months. However, they will not be available via LiveUpdate or SEPM 11 and should be considered a last resort while completing migration.

You are require to upgrade the client from 11.x to 12.x to continue the service and safe your system from viruses.
