Hello,
Since few weeks now, our 5 SEPMs are not able to update our Win32 virus definitions.
For our managers, we are using Windows 2012 Datacenter 64-bits version and a SQL Database is hosted on a separate server.
We are not using a proxy.
Troubleshooting steps followed:
I followed many times this article:
https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH166923.html
and also may times reinstalled LiveUpdateversion 3.3.100.15 with re-registration with lucatalog.exe - cleanup and then lucatalog.exe -forcedupdate
When i launched LUALL.exe manually, i got the following error message.
LU1825: LiveUpdate could not understand how to install this update. You may need to get the latest version of LiveUpdate before you can install this update. Click here for more information on this error
No issue with FG_content group as it is already set to Autogrowth.
We reduced revision from 50 to 30, but same issue
I also totally reinstalled SEPM on one manager without better success.
I also tried with JDB file but after some time, the file is renamed with .err extension and Win32 definitions are not updated
When i am tryin LiveUpdate from SEPM console, the update of Win32 definition is not working as well.
Find attached Log.liveupdate file
Each time i deleted content from {07B590B3-9282-482f-BBAA-6D515D385869} (for Win64 definitions), it is correctly populated again with 30 latest definition and a full.zip file in the most recent folder.
For {535CB6A4-441F-4e8a-A897-804CD859100E} (for Win32 def), after deletion of the content, it is populated again with the 30 latest definition but the latest one is 150407057 and there is no Full.zip file in any sub-folders.
As i have exactly the same issue for all managers, i am assume an error at database level but do not know how to find and fix that issue....
What can i do more, please?
Thank you by advance for your support.
