    Hi there,

                                                am having SEP Manager 11.x. am manualy downloading patch and updating into C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\data\inbox\content\incoming. But latest patch updated file details not showing in SEPM.

    Can any one please help me.

    After some time whether that jdb file getting disappeard automatically?
    Also In SEPM go to Admin--->Servers--->local site--->show live update downloads what is the date for av/as?

    By Patch do you mean the Definitions?

    Are you using a trial version? Please make sure you are using a Symantec branded CD, not a burned copy! [post edited by admin]
