SEPM and Active Directory Integration

We have SEPM 11.0.6 installed on Windows Server 2008 server.Till now all client computers are in computer mode.
my requirement is..
we want to import all users from active directory..and we want to configure application and device policies on active directory users...
is it possible...if yes please guide me...

we have 110 client computers that are already installed with symantec endpoint protection clients with computer mode..i am able to configure application and device policy on these computers...i have already imported the users in some ou's from active directory...
now what is my requirement is....
i want to configure application and device policies on these ou's(what i have imported from active directory)...
means i want to apply these policies on users rather than computers
change them to user mode and apply it.

i tried that one..it didn't worked for me....ok it will work for only domain users or even workgroup users also...?
