There is nothing built in to SEPM that can do this that I know of.
Symantec does have something that they can run called the Symantec Endpoint Protection Analyzer process.
This will give an environmental analysis overview looking at the best practices for components, database, etc. It's a fairly detailed report.
Aside from that download and run the symhelp tool, it will hit on some best practices as well
