sepm to client communication issue

Hi

My problem is: when I send command to any client the message appears indicating that the command has been sent and in progress,but nothing happens in the other side.

can any one give me advise?

How often does client check in? Enable sylink debugging this will show the communication.

You need to disabled Tamper protection.
