SEPM client restarts incorrectly reporting

Why does the SEPM clients page incorrectly report machines needing a reboot on the clients page?

On the clients page states on multiple machines Restarts = No yet when I drill into it clearly states the machine requires a reboot. Only way then to see all machines that require a reboot in that group without clicking into each one is then to pull off a status export and filter on machines that require a reboot.

Why is the reporting on the client page and actual request for a reboot inconsistent? This has been on every SEP version including the latest 12.1 RU6 MP5.

yeah intially comes up saying needs a restart but if you leave the machines about a week without restarting eventually the required restart on the clients view changes to no but when you dig into the client it still says it needs a restart it's odd.
