SEPM console displaying outdated information

I am running a SEP 12 Windows 2008 server (12.1.2015.2015). Only recently did we notice that when displaying the client info within the console,

the information is incorret - outdated. When I check the actual SEP agent - all is up to date? Why would the information not be updating to the console

check read permission on this folder

Browse to \Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\data\outbox\agentinfo

 Look for any .err files or tmp files & Dat files

if you find them then take a back up , delete all the .err tmp files, restart sepm service.

Not permission issue , ran a repair and restarted the SEPM service. Then ran an update on group to "update content" and now showing correct information.
