SEPM console in graphics "endpoint status" show more OOD,but actually those are updated by report we see in csv. can you help, how to fix this.

I would request avoid creation of duplicate threads.
Even for normal operating system if SEP is installed with Network Threat Protection reboot is must to activate the firewall. Firewall drivers get activated upon reboot only.
I think this is expected behaviour & console is showing generic warning message.
It is not duplicate entry issue, we have up to date from csv report, but its shows OOD from main page on status of end points,
almost match the up-to-date and out-of-date if we see from csv report. please see the attched screen shot.
Could be an issue with the database, may want to engage support to review.
What's the SEPM and SEP client version?
SEPM is 12.1.4 and SEP clients are SEP 12.1.1
but from the report we have up to date, only we have issue on main page which showing wrong.
But it's still not reporting correctly in the SEPM interface...so with that..it could be something to do with being on a 12.1.4 SEPM and clients being on an older version...for the clients that are reflecting properly are they on 12.1.1...which version are the clients on that are showing up properly?
