Dear All,

   In My SEMP Console query failed error in my user name only. I tried my coligue user it was working fine. please see the below picture

I will appricate if anyone give the permenant solution.

Click on start

run

type %temp%

delete all the temp files; 

try running the query again

Do you use proxy?

What is the version of SEP installed?

make sure you are on RU6a or RU6MP1

If on RU6 Mp1 or RU6a then try

Run the Management Server Configuration Wizard. (Start->Programs->Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager->Management Server Configuration Wizard.)

Restart the system.

what is the version of SEPM?  there are fixes in RU6a for PHP issue, though not specific to the Query failed error, however PHP has role in the data fetching

Periodic CPU spike when using Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Java console

Symptom: With RU6, a periodic CPU spike occurs when a user selected the Policies, Clients, or Admin page in the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Java-based console.
Solution: This issue was caused by a periodic refresh of the Home page to prevent a time-out of the PHP session. The refresh task now refreshes the Reports page, which consumes fewer resources. In addition, you can now configure the refresh time by setting the scm.keepalivescheduleminute value in the conf.properties file.

Yes I am using proxy. should I need to changes any settings in proxy?

Bypass proxy for local server address 

clear all the temp file check if that works
