SEPM Console Question

Symantec Endpoint manager console find unmanaged computers, stil by check they are listed in the client list and check on the pc they are correctly connected.
Anyone have an idea how this is possible?

do you mean the client are managed client??
Where in SEPM you view that these are unmanaged computers.

I have found that if there are still remnants of an older version of Symantec or Norton AV on a particular client PC, it will still show up as an Unmanaged computer.
