    Hi Team,

I need help on one query related to SEPM console.

Actually i am using it with the default "admin" account and everything is fine, but when i am trying to login with another admin account, then it showing all clients out of date.

It showing up to date only on my servers instances where basic protection for servers are installed.

except them, all clients are showing out of date.

But if i again login with admin, then everything is fine.

    Please suggest on it.

Do you have multiple domains in SEPM?

    What is your SEPM version?

All the clients are in single domain?

Have you verified the same client are showing update from your id and anot update in other id?

    My SEPM version 12.1.4

Yes, all clients are in single domain.

And I have verified, same clients are showing out of date from another admin.. but showing up to date if login through default admin account.

All servers having "Basic Protection" are showing up to date in both IDs.

Rest all clients showing out of date.

Restart the database service/sepm manager service from sepm.

And the two logins have no difference in permissions?

What if you delete your ID and re-create?

Both IDs are having administrator previledges.

I have tried to recreate my ID but same issue.
