    ...and I get this EVERY SINGLE TIME I fire it up, can this be corrected? Without downgrading the Java???

    SEPM is not supported on windows 7

    SEPM as a whole with database I don't think it is going to be supported on Win 7 anytime sooner as its Not a Server-Class OS.

    If you are trying the access the SEPM Remote Console, that is possible.
