I create group on SEPM but in group not a policy serial number. Group or Sub group no policy number.
SEP on console show online, On SEP client appear offline.

Simply move it to a new group and the policy should "refresh" then you can move back to the original group.
Try restarging SEPM service once.
Check the connectivity between client and manager server by telnetting the communication port from the client machine. If it works, export the communication settings for the respective group and import in the client machine. That would refresh the communication.
