Endpoint Protection

Hi There,

I experienced with this error from SEPM svr and keep getting this email alert saying that the svr is down. But I can login to SEPM console with no error, reporting OK and the client get latest update as usual.

Any idea on how to get rid of this ? I'm using version 11.0.5002.333

The email alert from SEPM:

Message from:

            Server name: SEPMSVR

            Server IP: XXXXXX

 The Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager database has gone down and needs immediate attention.

whats the time shown in the email alert?

Every one hour it will trigger and send email alert to admin.

Hello,

Since the SEPM is working correctly, please work on the steps below:

• In SEPM -Monitors-Notification
• Delete All the notification and Create it again.
• Specially if there is Notification for System Event and Server Health

I would also request you to make sure you migrate to the Latest version of SEP 11.0.7101 and above.
