Hello all , I have couple of groups . Now for remote subnets (groups) I have configured the GUPS and taking definations from their respective GUPs via multiple and explicit GUPs.

Now for the HQ clients which are situated in the centeral locations for which I have not configured and GUPs the policy is to download definations from the management server but clients are not dowloading definations from the management server. Please find the attached screenshots

Yes SEP clients are in the process of recieiving the policy . I have ran the policy on them few of them have recieved the policy few recieiving them

Usually how much time does the clients take the download full update package (270 MB) from SEPM and delta upgrade ?

base of heartbeat setting,You can wait sme time and check sep client updated or not.

heartbeat is seat to 30 minutes pull mode and download randomization is also 30 minutes.

Are clients pulling down defs at all or just not via the policy? Have you enabled sylink logging to look at the communication?

its working fine now, though had the change the single LU policy that was applied to all groups to multiple LU polices and apply to individual groups South , North and Center to make it work bit strange though
