    Experts

I have a non internet SEPM system, i have been updating the virus definitions using the.jdb files into the incoming folder.
This has been working great until yesterday

They disappear OK, and the SEPM Home page show the latest manger installed.
The Server status shows the 32bit and 64bit definitions have been completed.

BUT in the server liveupdate recent downloads there is only the previous definitions in here.

All of the clients are matching this previous definition.

WHy is the latest definition files not getting put into SEPM, I have tried ones from Jan and MArch, none work

Your help will be greatly appreaciated as I am getting very frustrated with this

    Thanks in advance

    b. Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition Client installations on Windows platforms (64-bit)

Inside content folder there are the 2 large numbered folder, with todays date and a file called content.txt with todays date

I have downloaded the correct definition file, but I will do it again.

    I have a 28.8k connection here btw.. :(
So sorry for the delay in replying, takes 5 mins to refresh page LOL

dont delete the txt file and the alpha numberic numbered folders, its just whatever inside those folders.
seems like its getting updated but not entering the db
once updated the DB , restart the sepm services

The .jdb file does not move into the system if the SEPM services are not running.

once you have put the jdb and its been processed , restart the sepm service.

Ok Tried with latest file from Symantec, vd30c820.jdb file, and still not working.

It says in the log file that it has loaded it, but nothing appears in the latest download section.
But the new definitions are getting put into the Inetpub/content folder, as they all have todays dates.

    Any ideas guys
