  • 1.  SEPM definitions 5-4-2015 not updating on SEPM so also not on SEP

    Hi there,

    I noticed my definitions are outdated on my SEPM so also on my clients.
    Definitions are stuck at 5-4-2015 and are not updating, latest on Symantec are from 5-11-2015 r34.

    Does anyone have any idea how to solve this issue?

    Exact version?

    Run the symelp tool on the SEPM to check for errors

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting in Symantec community.

    I would suggest to run liveupdate manually to see if it's getting any error or logs can reveal more info why SEPM isn't updated.

    Even I would suggest to restart SEPM services and run liveupdate.

    Verify the disk space is available on SEPM or not. Run the symhelp diagnostic tool May be the definition is corrupt on SEPM so that it can't update. Clean the definition http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH166923
