    it's base on your database.

    Embedded database support 5000 client.

Microsoft SQL Server can support up to 50,000 clients. If your organization has more than 50,000 clients, you can install another management server

    About choosing a database type

    See chetan comments

Embedded database supports 5000 clients per SEPM.

SQL database supports 80,000 clients per SEPM for SEP 12.1. In SEP 11.x version it's 50,000 clients per SEPM

    Hi,

I am afraid, counting your systems by their type is out of the scope of the product.

If you have a system naming convention which allows that, you can leverage on it to customize the filters of the SEPM reports.

Run the Computer Status report and drop into Excel. Filter on the BIOS or Processor Type columns. You may be able to tell since your laptops/desktops have a different setup.

But as already mentioned by a previous poster this is really out of scope for SEP.
