This issue has been solved. See solution.

I would like to know if a configuration exists to notify of clients that have SEP disabled.

Thanks in advanced.

Not really.

The SEP icon in the task tray will display an exclamation point to show that attention is needed.

You can also alert the end users when virus defs are out of date or when they're running without defs. This can be set via the AV policy on the Miscellaneous tabe

Hello,

When a SEP client is disabled, you may see the same on the SEPM Home Screen.

And you can get a Offline Computer status Report pulled out as well -

Hope that helps!!!

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query in Symantec community.

I would be glad to answer your question.

In SEP 12.1 there are two weekly scheduled reports & seven pre-defined notifications configured by Symantec.

Schedule Reports location: SEPM --> Reports --> Scheduled Reports

Predefined Notifications location:

SEPM--> Monitors--> Notifications --> View Notifications --> Notifications Conditions

It should trigger virus definitions out-of-date with detailed summary.

You can specify the age at which the definitions trigger the notification.

I already configured all the reports and notifications needed, but Im missing the chance to configure notification of disabled clients. So far, it seems to not be a posible configuration. I can see in the main SEPM page, when clients are disabled but cant find the way around to receiving notifications about this.

To my knowledge, there is no alert that can be created and received. You can only run the a report from the SEPM to review.
