  • 1.  SEPM doesnt seem to send me reports

    Hi All, 

    I'm having trouble setting up scheduled resports in SEPM. I can set the report fine but the trouble arises when I try to email them to certain users. 

    The weekly reports I have created send no bother, however, I have recently tried to set a few monthly reports. These wont send to the email addresses I input into the recipients.

    As far as I have searched I dont think I have found anything on the forums yet, however, if someone knows of a thread point me over there please!

    have you verify setting ?

    Could you make sure comma-separated email addresses are mentioned.

    comma was in use.

    Seems one of our email filters is blocking the .mht file format. 

    Currently investigating if this can be changed to .pdf or other. if not i will have the filter allow these emails through

    There is no way to change .mht

    The SEPM is hard-coded to use .MHT attachments. At present, this format cannot be changed.

    Some customers have reports successfully working around this limitation through the use of an app for their smartphone which enables Android and IOS to open .mht files
