    Hey guys,

I'm trying to do this KB because of database usage problem:

    https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH178718.html

But it say's i should use dbsvr11. The problem is when I check the directory there's only dbsvr16, not dbsvr11. Is this two the same?

Also it didnt' say if it will delete the existing logs or not maybe someone can verify this?

    Thank you,

    Daryl

So this means I should the follow the KB but using the dbsrv16 instead of 11 right? Also, can you tell me if it will delete the previous db records?

Following this article will only delete the sem5.log and recreate it. the contents in the database will not be altered.
