    we are facing multiple errors when we try to extract reports. below are the errors;

    1. Internal error

    check log file for details and the stack trace
    you can increase the tracing level by setting TraceMge.level=10 in conf/tracemgr.properties file.

    2. Query Failed

    this query could not be processed for one to the following reasons:

    1. The database query time out.Try reducing the number of filters,or increaseing the SQL server query timeout value.
    2. An unexpected error occurred. Try running the query again by using default filter values
    3. String encoding was possible not UTF-8, and may rusult from copying and pasting data insteas og typing data. try typing datain the input

    and we are also could not see monitor page;;;;;;;;

    Thanks for adv.
