    SEPM Information request:

Does Application and Device Control need to be enabled in order to use the "Application to Monitor" feature in the Exceptions policy?

I have added a process as an Application to Monitor (log only) in our Exceptions policy, but 24 hours later I still don't get the dropdown to configure an action.  We are not using Application and Device Control on our clients, so I'm wondering if that is needed in this scenario.
