  • 1.  SEPM failed upgrade from 12.1.5 to latest version

    Good Day,

    I tried to upgrade my SEPM server to 12.1.6 mp4, but encountered error even before the upgrade process completed.

    Has anyone encountered this error? On the event logs I saw this error

    The Apache service named  reported the following error:
    >>> (20024)The given path is misformatted or contained invalid characters: AH00532: Invalid config file path C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Symantec\\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\\apache\\conf\\httpd.conf

    Have you, at some point, made some changes to the httpd.conf file?

    I checked the article, it doesn't resolve the problem. My worry in changing the logon credential is I might not be able to revert back the credentials if the procedure wont work. Do you have some advise before doing this? Thanks
